RETURNS:

We understand that everything is not always what you expect or you may just have a change of heart. In this case we offer store credit or exchanges on REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE within 14 days of purchase. ALL SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, STICKY BRAS, AND ANY INTIMATE ACCESSORIES ARE A FINAL SALE . We must receive the merchandise back within 14 days of purchase from the original invoice date. You may use this online credit at PolishBoutique.com only. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is NONREFUNDABLE. All merchandise that qualifies for a return must meet the following criteria:

  • All items must not be worn, washed or altered.
  • All items must be shipped back with the tags attached and in their original form.
  • All items must be shipped back with the original invoice and the return form filled out within the accepted return dates.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know asap so that we may correct the order immediately. You will not be charged shipping and handling to return damaged/defective merchandise. You will receive an exchange for the correct item or a full refund in the form of the original payment.

With your purchase you will receive an invoice, a return form, and a return shipping label. If the shipping label is used in the case of a return or exchange a charge of $8.00 will be subtracted from your online credit.
